  • Loss of elasticity
  • Sagging skin
  • Uneven skin tone
  • Skin texture
  • Age spots
  • Oily skin
  • Enlarged pores

Good Candidates for HydraFacial

Since HydraFacial treatments are very safe, people of all ages can be a good fit for the treatment. Even patients with sensitive skin have no issues tolerating the serums used. If skin sensitivity or other issues are a concern, the treatment can be customized for your specific situation.

What Can I Expect from a HydraFacial?

First, your skin is assessed to determine exactly which serums should be used to get the best results possible for your skin. Then, after a thorough cleansing, you lie down as a wand-like device is used to exfoliate cells and clean out any impurities. Next, the selected serums are applied. You should expect to feel no discomfort during the treatment, which takes between 30 and 60 minutes from start to finish.

After the HydraFacial Treatment

You will notice results from the HydraFacial immediately after treatment. If your skin is still not where you want it to be, you can achieve further benefits from additional treatments. HydraFacial leaves no scars or other negative after effects, so nothing will detract from the look of your beautiful skin. Additionally, using the appropriate skin care products after treatment can maintain your results and keep your skin healthy as long as possible.

HydraFacial FAQs

How often should I get a HydraFacial?
The HydraFacial is a gentle facial that requires no downtime between treatments. Generally, the benefits from a HydraFacial last for about four weeks. Although different patients may require different treatment plans, it is typically recommended that patients receive HydraFacial treatments on a monthly basis for best results.
Is HydraFacial better than microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is an effective treatment for exfoliating the skin, but given the added benefits of the HydraFacial treatment, it may be a better option for most patients. HydraFacial also offers the exfoliation and pore-cleansing benefits of microdermabrasion, with the added advantage of hydrating, nutrient-rich serums. While microdermabrasion stops at exfoliating the skin and unclogging the pores, the HydraFacial treatment goes a step further to provide the skin with vitamins and nutrients that nourish the skin for long-term skin health benefits. Despite these benefits, it is important to remember that each patient is different. The best way to determine which of these treatments will be best for you is to schedule a consultation with our aesthetician, Candyce.
Do you breakout after a HydraFacial?
HydraFacial is an effective treatment for addressing acne and acne-related symptoms. Understandably, many patients are concerned that the HydraFacial treatment can cause a breakout. However, this is rarely the case. Typically, patients experience a reduction in acne symptoms following their HydraFacial treatment. If you do experience a breakout after your HydraFacial treatment, you may want to consult our aesthetician to determine the cause of the breakout and avoid it in the future.
