Candyce

Candyce L. Cox is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician certified in the state of Arizona. A graduate of Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics, Candyce’s passion lies in educating her patients on the benefits of her results-driven techniques which include medical grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial and SkinPen microneedling. Candyce specializes in developing customized treatment plans and home care regimens to meet the needs of the active lifestyles of her patients of all skin types and ethnicities. "My goal is to get you to love the skin you are in so you can attain the skin you deserve."

Jessica

Jessica has been a proud member of the Leverett team since 2011. As Dr. Leverett’s Lead Back Office Medical Assistant she is known to show care and dedication to all her patients to help them achieve their goals. She brings a wealth of medical knowledge to the practice and strives to help you achieve a quick recovery. Jessica is also the leader of our Weight Loss Programs and is here to help you achieve your weight loss goals. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and will be graduating in 2025.

Denise and Kerri

Denise and Kerri, our administrative team, are a dynamic duo handling the Management, Marketing, Administration and most importantly Patient Care Coordination.

Kerri

Kerri began her journey in the beauty industry as a makeup artist but has since found her true passion to be with plastic surgery and aesthetics. She began her career in the field in 2012 and has been with Body By Leverett since 2015 coordinating care and educating patients about their procedures and their options as they await their consultation day with Dr. Leverett. Getting to work so closely with our patients throughout their surgical journeys and observe the transformations is what Kerri finds to be particularly rewarding about this field. Additionally, she has a particular drive for making EMR software work as efficiently as possible, as well as managing our marketing and social media accounts.

In her free time, Kerri enjoys traveling, cuddling her cherished pups, learning to speak Italian and studying for her WSET wine certifications.

Sarah

Sarah joined our team in February 2023 as our Front Office Coordinator. She is patient-focused with over 10 years of experience in the medical field delivering exceptional patient and administrative support. Sarah found that plastic surgery is the medical field she loves the most and has a desire to continually learn more about the industry. On her free time, this Texas native and her husband love spending time with their kids and grandkids as well as cheering on all their Texas sports teams.

Brittany

Brittany joined the Leverett team in December 2024 as our Medical Assistant. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She enjoys providing care to her patients both pre and post operative to help them achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys Harley rides with her Fiancé, spending quality time with her children and grandson, and staying active in the gym.
